Latest Update
COVID-related seclusion issues and flooding on the Fraser Coast continue to hinder courier operations. It’s been a tough start to the week of operations. We seek your kind understanding throughout this difficult duration.
Due to the widespread impact of Omicron infection, some carrier delays are anticipated. Network delays continue to be brought on by the rapid spread of the Omicron variation. The regions most affected by Omicron are Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Geelong and Bendigo, with hold-ups of 3-5 days for delivery into these areas. Perth is also experiencing hold-ups of up to 5 – 30 days as a result of extraordinary shipment demand and staffing scarcities. We are working closely with our courier partners to ensure deliveries are made on time and expect to clear the floor by the end of the week.
Please see listed below for the updates from our carrier partners:
Toll & Allied: Capacity reduced for pickups
TNT: Capacity reduced for pickups
Hunter: Trouble delivering into VIC Metro and Regional
Aramax (Fastway): Temporary service interruptions on deliveries and pick-ups due to widespread flooding and restricted road gain access (2 days postponement expected). Lengthy delays into Western Australia. https://www.aramex.com.au/our-services/service-updates/
Australia Post: Some delays into Victoria – up to 30 days in cases.
We endeavour to use the best service for your location.
